Narrative:
On final approach ILS runway 35L at den, approximately 15 mi out, told to contact the tower at dymon (FAF). Approximately 1 mi before dymon, we got busy with final checklist and a minor gear light problem. Forgot to contact tower. Realized it when approach control told us to contact ground control. Contributing factors: fatigue, fatigue, fatigue!!! West coast crew had 8:45 layover on east time zone, then flew almost 8 hours of actual flight time in poor WX, thunderstorms, holding, etc.
