Narrative:
When being vectored for approach to ILS runway 26R, we discovered we did not have approach plate to runway 26R but only ILS runway 26L. Controller could not issue approach even though they are the same frequency for both runways. Controller suggested VOR to runway 26R. We accepted and continued approach. At minimums, we visually had runway and approach lights, but our angle to the airport and low visibility led to landing on runway 26L instead of runway 26R. From our vantage, we could not see the runway numbers, and the lighting for the left runway was all that was visible to pilot or copilot.
