Narrative:
Pazt stopped his rear wheels on the hold short bar with a lear 35 on short final. Though the pazt was 1/2 over the hold line he was stopped and the runway was clear so the lear landed without incident. Runway incursions are dangerous and pilots here do not pay enough attention to hold short instructions.

Title: SMT RWY INCURSION CROSSED RWY HOLD LINE HAD LTSS FROM LNDG LR35.
Narrative: PAZT STOPPED HIS REAR WHEELS ON THE HOLD SHORT BAR WITH A LEAR 35 ON SHORT FINAL. THOUGH THE PAZT WAS 1/2 OVER THE HOLD LINE HE WAS STOPPED AND THE RWY WAS CLR SO THE LEAR LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. RWY INCURSIONS ARE DANGEROUS AND PLTS HERE DO NOT PAY ENOUGH ATTN TO HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS.
