Narrative:
While descending on a sbound heading in a shallow right turn, another fixed wing aircraft came into view from above my roofline at an approximately distance of 400 ft. The second aircraft was on an opposite heading, also in a shallow right turn. I pulled my aircraft's nose up and away, while the second aircraft dove away. The second aircraft passed below my aircraft. There was no physical contact, and both aircraft made safe lndgs without damage to persons or property.
