Narrative:
Operated aircraft with time overrun on repetitive airworthiness directive. 100 hour repetitive airworthy directive inspection was not completed in 1993 and 1994, however the annual inspections were completed. I forgot to have the repetitive 100 hour airworthiness directive inspection. Inspections and flight times will be monitored closer.

Narrative: OPERATED ACFT WITH TIME OVERRUN ON REPETITIVE AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE. 100 HR REPETITIVE AIRWORTHY DIRECTIVE INSPECTION WAS NOT COMPLETED IN 1993 AND 1994, HOWEVER THE ANNUAL INSPECTIONS WERE COMPLETED. I FORGOT TO HAVE THE REPETITIVE 100 HR AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE INSPECTION. INSPECTIONS AND FLT TIMES WILL BE MONITORED CLOSER.
