Narrative:
While taxiing from parking spot at tie-down, a parked truck was 15 ft in front of my aircraft. It was perpendicular and in my blind spot. I turned the aircraft to the right and ran into the driver side door. No one was in the car or hurt. My aircraft is a piper pacer tail dragger, with poor visibility over the hood.
