Narrative:
Took 2 secretaries on brief 30 min sightseeing flight around dc on request of my admiral. Got clearance from clearance del at dca to depart dca 060 degrees at 1400 ft, remain with dca tower frequency 119.1. Used TCA chart to visually navigation over rfk stadium then north then wbound. Monitored and vectored by dca tower. Told to remain east of P56B, no P56 'B' on chart, so immediately turned northbound. Tower directed look for 757 departing dca northbound, executed right 360 degree turn looking for traffic (directed to not go wbound until see traffic). Visually located 757 and turned wbound as directed by dca tower. Tower made some comment about being close to P56B -- 'turn nwbound,' did so until vectored sbound. Don't know if violated P56B because: under vectors from dca tower, no P56 'B' shown on chart, assume P56 'B' is circle around 'observatory' depicted on TCA chart, never saw 'observatory,' distraction by direction to visually acquire 757 traffic.

Narrative: TOOK 2 SECRETARIES ON BRIEF 30 MIN SIGHTSEEING FLT AROUND DC ON REQUEST OF MY ADMIRAL. GOT CLRNC FROM CLRNC DEL AT DCA TO DEPART DCA 060 DEGS AT 1400 FT, REMAIN WITH DCA TWR FREQ 119.1. USED TCA CHART TO VISUALLY NAV OVER RFK STADIUM THEN N THEN WBOUND. MONITORED AND VECTORED BY DCA TWR. TOLD TO REMAIN E OF P56B, NO P56 'B' ON CHART, SO IMMEDIATELY TURNED NBOUND. TWR DIRECTED LOOK FOR 757 DEPARTING DCA NBOUND, EXECUTED R 360 DEG TURN LOOKING FOR TFC (DIRECTED TO NOT GO WBOUND UNTIL SEE TFC). VISUALLY LOCATED 757 AND TURNED WBOUND AS DIRECTED BY DCA TWR. TWR MADE SOME COMMENT ABOUT BEING CLOSE TO P56B -- 'TURN NWBOUND,' DID SO UNTIL VECTORED SBOUND. DON'T KNOW IF VIOLATED P56B BECAUSE: UNDER VECTORS FROM DCA TWR, NO P56 'B' SHOWN ON CHART, ASSUME P56 'B' IS CIRCLE AROUND 'OBSERVATORY' DEPICTED ON TCA CHART, NEVER SAW 'OBSERVATORY,' DISTR BY DIRECTION TO VISUALLY ACQUIRE 757 TFC.
