Narrative:
While taxiing a twin engine piper seneca on jul/xx/95, I passed the critical area hold line at mht by about 100 ft. It was light rain and the pavement had a glare on it. At no time was this a safety issue. I suggest some type of signage on brighter paint for better visibility. Also the ground controller should advise of the upcoming line.
