Narrative:
Due to various distrs, captain forgot to place seat belt sign on during descent. New hire so also did not catch it when he performed descent check. Aircraft landed with seat belt sign off. Embarrassing!

Narrative: DUE TO VARIOUS DISTRS, CAPT FORGOT TO PLACE SEAT BELT SIGN ON DURING DSCNT. NEW HIRE SO ALSO DID NOT CATCH IT WHEN HE PERFORMED DSCNT CHK. ACFT LANDED WITH SEAT BELT SIGN OFF. EMBARRASSING!
