Narrative:

After a normal preflight, no discrepancies noted, we had a pressurization problem that required an air abort/return to seattle. We found that 1 of the right over wing exits was slightly displaced, the operating handles were in the closed position. While maintenance performed pressurization checks, the captain and I decided to have coffee. Exiting the jetway, I overheard 1 passenger say to another, 'I told you not to mess with that window.' I couldn't determine who had made the remark. The maintenance personnel said they had heard a similar conversation. The window was reseated and the flight operated normally.
