Narrative:
While en route at FL330 from msy-mco, the L147L duct warning message and bleed air duct aural came on. The captain asked for the checklist. Unfortunately the section (6) in our QRH was not in the book. After finally finding the checklist in the airport facility manual we ran it, requiring us to shut down the left engine only as a precaution. We declared an emergency and diverted to tlh with no problems. It is now a habit of mine to check the QRH to see if all sections are included. We also contacted maintenance and dispatch for help. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that the aircraft was a canadair CL65 regional jet. Company maintenance determined that the fault was caused by the engine bleed air valve and loop assembly system. The problem could not be duplicated again even prior to replacement of the bleed air valve. Therefore, the 'loop' assembly is considered the probable source of the original fault indication.

Title: FLC OF A CL65 DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERTED TO LAND AFTER SHUTTING DOWN AN ENG DUE TO BLEED AIR DUCT WARNING. CHKLIST FAULTY IN THAT PART OF BOOK WAS MISSING. PUB AVAILABILITY PROB.
Narrative: WHILE ENRTE AT FL330 FROM MSY-MCO, THE L147L DUCT WARNING MESSAGE AND BLEED AIR DUCT AURAL CAME ON. THE CAPT ASKED FOR THE CHKLIST. UNFORTUNATELY THE SECTION (6) IN OUR QRH WAS NOT IN THE BOOK. AFTER FINALLY FINDING THE CHKLIST IN THE ARPT FACILITY MANUAL WE RAN IT, REQUIRING US TO SHUT DOWN THE L ENG ONLY AS A PRECAUTION. WE DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERTED TO TLH WITH NO PROBS. IT IS NOW A HABIT OF MINE TO CHK THE QRH TO SEE IF ALL SECTIONS ARE INCLUDED. WE ALSO CONTACTED MAINT AND DISPATCH FOR HELP. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT THE ACFT WAS A CANADAIR CL65 REGIONAL JET. COMPANY MAINT DETERMINED THAT THE FAULT WAS CAUSED BY THE ENG BLEED AIR VALVE AND LOOP ASSEMBLY SYS. THE PROB COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED AGAIN EVEN PRIOR TO REPLACEMENT OF THE BLEED AIR VALVE. THEREFORE, THE 'LOOP' ASSEMBLY IS CONSIDERED THE PROBABLE SOURCE OF THE ORIGINAL FAULT INDICATION.
