Narrative:

First flight attendant not happy with the way captain was handling delays due to WX. Started making demands to captain as to what he had to do, and not do. Captain tried to explain how he would handle delay to flight attendant. She refused to obey instructions of flight crew members and interfered with flight crew members' duties. Her behavior was disorderly and abusive. Safety of flight problem and a direct challenge to captain's authority/authorized. She was moved to position 2 and flight attendant #2 replaced her as the #1 flight attendant for remainder of sequence. She needs instruction on far part 121 and 91 and flight manual. She was in direct conflict with the responsibility and authority/authorized of the PIC and fails to understand the error or result of her actions. It is the captain's belief that this conflict may have been fostered in some part by CRM training and its failure to make clear the authority/authorized of the PIC.

Narrative: FIRST FLT ATTENDANT NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY CAPT WAS HANDLING DELAYS DUE TO WX. STARTED MAKING DEMANDS TO CAPT AS TO WHAT HE HAD TO DO, AND NOT DO. CAPT TRIED TO EXPLAIN HOW HE WOULD HANDLE DELAY TO FLT ATTENDANT. SHE REFUSED TO OBEY INSTRUCTIONS OF FLC MEMBERS AND INTERFERED WITH FLC MEMBERS' DUTIES. HER BEHAVIOR WAS DISORDERLY AND ABUSIVE.
