Narrative:
Cleared to FL220. First officer was flying and disconnected the autoplt. We were both distracted by radio call and call bell from cabin. We descended through FL220 to FL215 and then corrected back to assigned altitude. The first officer forgot the autoplt was off.

Title: ALTDEV ALT OVERSHOT IN DSCNT.
Narrative: CLRED TO FL220. FO WAS FLYING AND DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPLT. WE WERE BOTH DISTRACTED BY RADIO CALL AND CALL BELL FROM CABIN. WE DSNDED THROUGH FL220 TO FL215 AND THEN CORRECTED BACK TO ASSIGNED ALT. THE FO FORGOT THE AUTOPLT WAS OFF.
