Narrative:
Called on to stay at work on extended legs. Just completed 23 hours of IOE on first officer, was tired. Ran descent checks and tuned navaids for runway 24R at yyz. ATIS broadcasting runway 24R primary runway. Checked on with approach, given no runway. Given a final turn to intercept localizer runway 24L. Aircraft flew through because runway 24R was tuned in. Caught mistake but too late. Controller questioned what are you doing? Came close to another aircraft. Supplemental information from acn 317276: I had both frequencys in -- loaded for runways 24L and 24R. We were cleared for runway 24L and the active frequencys were for runway 24R. The aircraft was on autoplt in approach mode and passed through the localizer. The localizer crossing was realized and corrected without event.

Title: OVERSHOOT FINAL APCH COURSE CONFLICT WITH PARALLEL TFC.
Narrative: CALLED ON TO STAY AT WORK ON EXTENDED LEGS. JUST COMPLETED 23 HRS OF IOE ON FO, WAS TIRED. RAN DSCNT CHKS AND TUNED NAVAIDS FOR RWY 24R AT YYZ. ATIS BROADCASTING RWY 24R PRIMARY RWY. CHKED ON WITH APCH, GIVEN NO RWY. GIVEN A FINAL TURN TO INTERCEPT LOC RWY 24L. ACFT FLEW THROUGH BECAUSE RWY 24R WAS TUNED IN. CAUGHT MISTAKE BUT TOO LATE. CTLR QUESTIONED WHAT ARE YOU DOING? CAME CLOSE TO ANOTHER ACFT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 317276: I HAD BOTH FREQS IN -- LOADED FOR RWYS 24L AND 24R. WE WERE CLRED FOR RWY 24L AND THE ACTIVE FREQS WERE FOR RWY 24R. THE ACFT WAS ON AUTOPLT IN APCH MODE AND PASSED THROUGH THE LOC. THE LOC XING WAS REALIZED AND CORRECTED WITHOUT EVENT.
