Narrative:
I was flying at night into an unfamiliar airport, bismark, nd. Tower cleared me to land on runway 13. I spotted strobe lights on the approach end of a runway and landed. Once on the ground, I discovered I had landed on runway 13 at mandan, nd, which is 5 mi west of bis. I talked to the bis tower from mandan, which is uncontrolled. I took off and flew the short hop to bis. There was no conflicting traffic at Y19.
