Narrative:
Flying so tired, it is difficult to remain alert. I'm documenting this flight, but this happens several times a week for me and I know the same happens to the others -- we talk! Air carrier has increased our flying by about 20 percent. Many pilots mix all-night flying with day flying. I hope there is no accident at this property but I fear it might/could happen when you have fatigued pilots flying the traveling public. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter believes that she is being assigned more hours than she can safely handle with the minimum amount of rest. She believes that it is because the company is using as few pilots as possible for economical reasons. She believes that the scheduling does not go over that allowed by the far but does amount to much more than the older established companies. She is worried that there could be an accident because of fatigue. She operates several different models of the B737.

Narrative: FLYING SO TIRED, IT IS DIFFICULT TO REMAIN ALERT. I'M DOCUMENTING THIS FLT, BUT THIS HAPPENS SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK FOR ME AND I KNOW THE SAME HAPPENS TO THE OTHERS -- WE TALK! ACR HAS INCREASED OUR FLYING BY ABOUT 20 PERCENT. MANY PLTS MIX ALL-NIGHT FLYING WITH DAY FLYING. I HOPE THERE IS NO ACCIDENT AT THIS PROPERTY BUT I FEAR IT MIGHT/COULD HAPPEN WHEN YOU HAVE FATIGUED PLTS FLYING THE TRAVELING PUBLIC. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR BELIEVES THAT SHE IS BEING ASSIGNED MORE HRS THAN SHE CAN SAFELY HANDLE WITH THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF REST. SHE BELIEVES THAT IT IS BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS USING AS FEW PLTS AS POSSIBLE FOR ECONOMICAL REASONS.
