Narrative:
Captain set up navigation radios for departure out of bae instead of grb (same msp arrival direct eau claire 1) erroneously. First officer didn't check due to short preflight time available. Therefore, failed to intercept the grb 278 degree radial. Corrected by ATC immediately and resumed course.

Narrative: CAPT SET UP NAV RADIOS FOR DEP OUT OF BAE INSTEAD OF GRB (SAME MSP ARR DIRECT EAU CLAIRE 1) ERRONEOUSLY. FO DIDN'T CHK DUE TO SHORT PREFLT TIME AVAILABLE. THEREFORE, FAILED TO INTERCEPT THE GRB 278 DEG RADIAL. CORRECTED BY ATC IMMEDIATELY AND RESUMED COURSE.
