Narrative:
TRACON experienced a loss of ARTS data. The second one of the day. This one occurred during the middle of a busy arrival rush/departure push. The technicians reported that it was caused by another conflict alert. The system recovered normal. This is happening way too much at this facility and one of these days there is a good chance the ARTS data will not return.
