Narrative:
Runway 2 at ogg is so rough that on takeoff and landing it is impossible to tell if you are having tire failures, foreign object damage, etc, because the noise and vibration is so great. I also question ultimate braking action in case of an abort.

Narrative: RWY 2 AT OGG IS SO ROUGH THAT ON TKOF AND LNDG IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL IF YOU ARE HAVING TIRE FAILURES, FOREIGN OBJECT DAMAGE, ETC, BECAUSE THE NOISE AND VIBRATION IS SO GREAT. I ALSO QUESTION ULTIMATE BRAKING ACTION IN CASE OF AN ABORT.
