Narrative:
The WX was clear day VFR with winds reported as calm; so I elected to land runway 27 since runway 10/28 was closed. The touchdown and landing were completely normal. Just after the nosewheel touched down; we experienced a very rough part of the runway where the slope starts up. I hit my head on the HUD pretty hard. This was much rougher than any runway I have ever experienced. After gate arrival; the flight attendants thought for a moment that the gear may have collapsed. I will not land on this runway again and the company should consider it unacceptable. I am concerned that someone may be hurt landing on this runway in the future; either by the captain hitting his head; or a passenger or flight attendant that may not be buckled securely. An aircraft could be damaged here as well.

Title: B737 CREW RPTS ROUGH SURFACE CONDITION ON RWY 27 AT SVMI.
Narrative: THE WX WAS CLEAR DAY VFR WITH WINDS RPTED AS CALM; SO I ELECTED TO LAND RWY 27 SINCE RWY 10/28 WAS CLOSED. THE TOUCHDOWN AND LNDG WERE COMPLETELY NORMAL. I WILL NOT LAND ON THIS RWY AGAIN AND THE COMPANY SHOULD CONSIDER IT UNACCEPTABLE. I AM CONCERNED THAT SOMEONE MAY BE HURT LNDG ON THIS RWY IN THE FUTURE; EITHER BY THE CAPT HITTING HIS HEAD; OR A PAX OR FLT ATTENDANT THAT MAY NOT BE BUCKLED SECURELY. AN ACFT COULD BE DAMAGED HERE AS WELL.
