Narrative:
All lighting dimmed in TRACON, for about a quarter second. The alarm light to the left of the 'on line' switch was lighted. Primary radar was lost. The lighting dimmed about 6 or 7 more times in 4 mins. Then secondary radar was lost also, for about 20 seconds. Then primary and secondary radar returned after hitting the reset switches.

Title: ATC EQUIP PROB RADAR FAILURE.
Narrative: ALL LIGHTING DIMMED IN TRACON, FOR ABOUT A QUARTER SECOND. THE ALARM LIGHT TO THE L OF THE 'ON LINE' SWITCH WAS LIGHTED. PRIMARY RADAR WAS LOST. THE LIGHTING DIMMED ABOUT 6 OR 7 MORE TIMES IN 4 MINS. THEN SECONDARY RADAR WAS LOST ALSO, FOR ABOUT 20 SECONDS. THEN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY RADAR RETURNED AFTER HITTING THE RESET SWITCHES.
