Narrative:
After takeoff on skyline departure the first officer took a turn to 170 degrees that was for another aircraft. It took us right over sfo. It turned out later that I was in the first stages of the flu and I probably wasn't as sharp as usual. I should have questioned the first officer -- the call signs were probably similar.

Title: MLG ON DEP TAKES HDG MEANT FOR ANOTHER ACFT.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF ON SKYLINE DEP THE FO TOOK A TURN TO 170 DEGS THAT WAS FOR ANOTHER ACFT. IT TOOK US RIGHT OVER SFO. IT TURNED OUT LATER THAT I WAS IN THE FIRST STAGES OF THE FLU AND I PROBABLY WASN'T AS SHARP AS USUAL. I SHOULD HAVE QUESTIONED THE FO -- THE CALL SIGNS WERE PROBABLY SIMILAR.
