Air carrier X, MU2, on approach to runway 4R. Air carrier Y, DC10 holding in position on runway hold line. Air carrier Z, B757 waiting for takeoff runway 4L. Air carrier Y and air carrier Z pilots advised that air carrier X was off course and may have overflown air carrier Y. Air carrier X landed runway 4R. Tower could not observe due to WX.
