Radar controller recognized a possible situation and expedited air carrier X to FL190 and air carrier Y to FL270. Air carrier X responded that he was climbing back up because of an RA alert due to TCASII. Air carrier Y was told to maintain FL250. Separation was lost between FL250 and FL260. The pilot of air carrier X reported that he had the other plane in sight.
