Narrative:

Previously given a poor braking action report. Hence, given a questionable report of poor to nil, due to high workload of approach and uncertainty of report. Callback conversation with procedure specialist revealed the following information: the stl procedures specialist was called to determine why the 11000 ft long 200 ft wide runway 30L was not utilizing the CAT ii minimums that are utilized on the 9000 ft and 150 ft wide runway 30R. The answer is there is an elevated road that intrudes into the clear area needed for the lower minimums.

Narrative: PREVIOUSLY GIVEN A POOR BRAKING ACTION RPT. HENCE, GIVEN A QUESTIONABLE RPT OF POOR TO NIL, DUE TO HIGH WORKLOAD OF APCH AND UNCERTAINTY OF RPT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH PROC SPECIALIST REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE STL PROCS SPECIALIST WAS CALLED TO DETERMINE WHY THE 11000 FT LONG 200 FT WIDE RWY 30L WAS NOT UTILIZING THE CAT II MINIMUMS THAT ARE UTILIZED ON THE 9000 FT AND 150 FT WIDE RWY 30R. THE ANSWER IS THERE IS AN ELEVATED ROAD THAT INTRUDES INTO THE CLR AREA NEEDED FOR THE LOWER MINIMUMS.
