Narrative:
Our cabin crew informed us that the second of two ill passenger appeared to be life threatening. Attending physicians suggested hospitalization for additional examination. Emergency priority was requested. We were given clearance direct to bwi for a straight in to runway 10. I initiated a maximum speed descent and visual approach to the airport that exceeded the 250 KT speed limit below 10000 ft.
