Narrative:
Our cabin crew informed us that the second of two ill passenger appeared to be life threatening. Attending physicians suggested hospitalization for additional examination. Emergency priority was requested. We were given clearance direct to bwi for a straight in to runway 10. I initiated a maximum speed descent and visual approach to the airport that exceeded the 250 KT speed limit below 10000 ft.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG EXCEEDED THE AIRSPD LIMITATION BELOW 10000 FT DUE TO A MEDICAL EMER OF A PAX.
Narrative: OUR CABIN CREW INFORMED US THAT THE SECOND OF TWO ILL PAX APPEARED TO BE LIFE THREATENING. ATTENDING PHYSICIANS SUGGESTED HOSPITALIZATION FOR ADDITIONAL EXAMINATION. EMER PRIORITY WAS REQUESTED. WE WERE GIVEN CLRNC DIRECT TO BWI FOR A STRAIGHT IN TO RWY 10. I INITIATED A MAX SPD DSCNT AND VISUAL APCH TO THE ARPT THAT EXCEEDED THE 250 KT SPD LIMIT BELOW 10000 FT.
