Narrative:
I was maneuvering over my home at 800 ft AGL when a police helicopter flew 200 ft in front of and 200 ft below me posing a collision hazard. My wingman and I were attempting to rejoin and the helicopter passed between us, and below us. I took evasive action with a hard right turn and pull-up. I subsequently lost sight of both my wingman and the helicopter and continued my flight to corona airport. I believe the police helicopter was operated in a careless and reckless manner and posed a serious collision hazard.

Title: 2 SMALL ACFT, ATTEMPTING TO FLY FORMATION AND MANEUVERING OVER ONE PLT'S HOME, HAD A POLICE HELI FLY BTWN THEM. EVASIVE ACTION REQUIRED AND THE ACFT SCATTERED, NOT FINDING EACH OTHER TO REJOIN.
