Narrative:
Taxied to gate. All buffer zones were clear of equipment and personnel. 2 wing walkers, 1 marshaller with wands, and one to chock were present. Aircraft taxied, stopped, and parked following marshaller's instructions. Brakes were set and simultaneously noise and vibration occurred. Moved start lever to cut off. Ingested ground heater hose. Foreign object damage #1 engine.

Title: MLG GUIDED TO GATE BY MARSHALLER WITH 2 WINGWALKERS, IS PARKED AND THEN HAD FOREIGN OBJECT DAMAGE TO ENG.
Narrative: TAXIED TO GATE. ALL BUFFER ZONES WERE CLR OF EQUIP AND PERSONNEL. 2 WING WALKERS, 1 MARSHALLER WITH WANDS, AND ONE TO CHOCK WERE PRESENT. ACFT TAXIED, STOPPED, AND PARKED FOLLOWING MARSHALLER'S INSTRUCTIONS. BRAKES WERE SET AND SIMULTANEOUSLY NOISE AND VIBRATION OCCURRED. MOVED START LEVER TO CUT OFF. INGESTED GND HEATER HOSE.
