Narrative:
Clearance given through FSS to evg from rbg climbing to 6000 ft. No departure message was entered and no manual track started, aircraft checked on initially at 3000 ft, but no limited data block on scope. While busy with other duties aircraft entered eugene's airspace without coordination. As soon as it was realized, coordination was effected. Factors contributing are: no departure message on right controller side, training in progress with other traffic, no pilot report of being level, combined duties of right, D, and a sides.
