Narrative:
After shutdown and after calling controller supervisor about another unrelated event, supervisor accused flight crew of crossing an active runway (runway 4/22) after clearing our landing runway (runway 9R). First officer called ground after clearing runway 9R at taxiway right and was issued clearance to the gate prior to crossing runway 4/22. At no time did tower or ground control tell us to hold short of runway 4/22. It was felt by the crew that the mlb control facility was reacting to an earlier situation while flight was on final to runway 9R. When we questioned the controller later via telephone about the incident on final and us asking for them to pull the tapes about the unrelated incident, we were then informed of the alleged runway incursion. The controller told us if we were going to pull the tapes then they would have an incident about us to report.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: PERSONAL CONFLICT BTWN LCL CTLR AND FLC. FLC CONTACTED TWR AFTER SHUTDOWN AND REQUESTED INFO REGARDING THEIR NMAC ON FINAL (SEE ACN #325630). TWR INFORMED FLC THAT IF THEY WANTED THE TAPES PULLED FOR REVIEW, THEN THE TWR WOULD FILE AN INCIDENT RPT THAT FLC CROSSED A RWY WITHOUT CLRNC. FLC DENIES THAT ALLEGATION.
Narrative: AFTER SHUTDOWN AND AFTER CALLING CTLR SUPVR ABOUT ANOTHER UNRELATED EVENT, SUPVR ACCUSED FLC OF XING AN ACTIVE RWY (RWY 4/22) AFTER CLRING OUR LNDG RWY (RWY 9R). FO CALLED GND AFTER CLRING RWY 9R AT TXWY R AND WAS ISSUED CLRNC TO THE GATE PRIOR TO XING RWY 4/22. AT NO TIME DID TWR OR GND CTL TELL US TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 4/22. IT WAS FELT BY THE CREW THAT THE MLB CTL FACILITY WAS REACTING TO AN EARLIER SIT WHILE FLT WAS ON FINAL TO RWY 9R. WHEN WE QUESTIONED THE CTLR LATER VIA TELEPHONE ABOUT THE INCIDENT ON FINAL AND US ASKING FOR THEM TO PULL THE TAPES ABOUT THE UNRELATED INCIDENT, WE WERE THEN INFORMED OF THE ALLEGED RWY INCURSION. THE CTLR TOLD US IF WE WERE GOING TO PULL THE TAPES THEN THEY WOULD HAVE AN INCIDENT ABOUT US TO RPT.
