Narrative:
After takeoff captain's airspeed indicator failed. We called our maintenance and dispatch departments and they advised to continue to nrt due to heavy landing weight and also good forecast WX for our nrt destination. Using clear (command leadership resources) I conferred with the other crew members and we then agreed to continue to nrt. Clear techniques worked well except one crew member attempted to dominate the situation. I found this to be a hindrance to 'good clear environment.'

Title: CRM PROB WITH ONE CREW MEMBER BECAUSE OF CAPT'S AIRSPD INDICATOR BEING INOP. THEIR COMPANY MAINT AND DISPATCH BOTH ADVISED THE FLT TO CONTINUE BECAUSE A RETURN WOULD BE VERY OVERWEIGHT FOR LNDG.
