Narrative:
On landing tower asked for a right turn onto taxiway a. Captain turned on taxiway B. Some confusion due to the new taxi markers and both txwys join after about 20 ft. Ground controller was advised and he then said that we should have turned left on taxiway a. All 3 crew members heard a right turn request from tower. Better knowledge of new taxi markers would prevent a further problem.
