Narrative:
Received clearance from ind center to cross kelly intersection at 11000 ft. Prior to kelly, handed off to ind approach control 119.05. Were given present heading and a lower altitude. Realized we failed to reset altimeter to qnh through the transition level. Approach did not note any altitude deviation or conflict. Followed up with phone call after landing and supervisor confirmed no altitude deviation or conflicts. Possible distraction due to briefing the approach while passing through the transition level.
