Narrative:
Cleared for visual approach to runway 20. Mistook runway 16 for runway 20 and landed on runway 16. Probable cause was pilot fatigue. Could have been prevented by better xchk of HSI heading (which was set to runway 20) and outside references.

Title: FLC LANDED ON WRONG RWY. ATTRIBUTED TO FATIGUE.
Narrative: CLRED FOR VISUAL APCH TO RWY 20. MISTOOK RWY 16 FOR RWY 20 AND LANDED ON RWY 16. PROBABLE CAUSE WAS PLT FATIGUE. COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED BY BETTER XCHK OF HSI HEADING (WHICH WAS SET TO RWY 20) AND OUTSIDE REFS.
