Narrative:
3 flight attendants on board. The 2 in rear of aircraft were still standing in aisle upon landing. 1 of the 2 fell down and injured her lower right leg. Other attendant ok. We sound 2 chimes to indicate landing. At approximately 12 mi out while on base to final chimes were sounded. All 3 attendants recall receiving the chimes. Flight attendants often glance out cabin windows on final to see how much time they have left. It was night and IMC on approach and outside clues were unavailable. We sounded chimes as soon as approach advised us that they would be vectoring us to ILS final. Prior to this we were awaiting a runway condition report as the runway had been reported braking action nil prior to the plowing and rechking that was underway. Flight attendants had at least 5 mins between chimes and landing which should have been plenty of time. Flight attendants sometimes a bit too casual about chimes which should mean 'we're going in to land, please return to your jumpseat' rather than continued trips up and down the aisle. Landing was intentionally firm due to less than ideal runway conditions. Everyone who was in their seat with a seat belt fastened was just fine.

LNDG WAS INTENTIONALLY FIRM DUE TO LESS THAN IDEAL RWY CONDITIONS. EVERYONE WHO WAS IN THEIR SEAT WITH A SEAT BELT FASTENED WAS JUST FINE.
