Narrative:
Aircraft at cruise 'B' autoplt on, LNAV on, VNAV on, copilot flying. Captain copying ATIS, copilot looking into flight kit for plates. Autoplt lost approximately 400-500 ft. First officer brought aircraft back to 22000 ft. This could have been prevented if at least one pilot was monitoring the autoplt at all times.
