Narrative:
We were cleared to climb to FL370. At FL363 door seal started leaking badly. I turned to the first officer and asked him to go back and check out problem. I then turned further around to tell passenger that the problem wasn't serious. When I turned around and scanned instruments, altitude was FL381. I immediately descended to FL370.
