Narrative:
After level off from msp to boi -- #3 engine experienced low oil pressure. Followed company procedures resulting in an engine shutdown. Declared an emergency and returned to msp. No further incident. Use of company procedures and crew management techniques from CRM training resulted in a safe and normal outcome. (At altitude dumped fuel to reduce aircraft weight for landing.)
