Narrative:
On climb out the 'smoke' central warning panel light illuminated. The captain asked the 'a' flight attendant to tell him the location of the smoke. She informed him the lavatory was the smoke indication location according to her light panel. After further investigation she found no smoke and no fire, but to be totally safe, I turned back to sbn airport to make an uneventful landing. We quickly unloaded the 42 passenger and had our mechanics check out the lavatory smoke alarm which they replaced. We departed again without incident.
