Narrative:
Had an ATC (ZAB) controller on jump seat and passenger disturbance in first class cabin. Captain and so both involved heavily in cockpit-to-cabin communications. I had not eaten all morning and was finally getting to eat on climb out with autoplt on. Captain had to go back to help with passenger disturbance -- forgot to put on oxygen mask (as required by far) until through FL290. I knew to put it on when captain leaves for 'physiological necessity,' but totally forgot due to nature of cabin trouble.

Title: THERE WAS A ZAB CTLR IN THE JUMP SEAT AND A PAX DISTURBANCE IN THE FIRST CLASS CABIN. THE CAPT AND SO WERE BOTH HEAVILY INVOLVED IN COCKPIT-TO-CABIN COMS. THE FO HAD NOT EATEN ALL MORNING AND WAS FINALLY GETTING TO EAT ON THE CLBOUT WITH AUTOPLT ON. WHEN THE CAPT WENT BACK TO HELP WITH THE PAX DISTURBANCE THE FO SHOULD HAVE PUT ON HIS OXYGEN MASK CLBING THROUGH FL250. HE PUT HIS OXYGEN MASK ON CLBING THROUGH FL290.

I HAD NOT EATEN ALL MORNING AND WAS FINALLY GETTING TO EAT ON CLBOUT WITH AUTOPLT ON. CAPT HAD TO GO BACK TO HELP WITH PAX DISTURBANCE -- FORGOT TO PUT ON OXYGEN MASK (AS REQUIRED BY FAR) UNTIL THROUGH FL290. I KNEW TO PUT IT ON WHEN CAPT LEAVES FOR 'PHYSIOLOGICAL NECESSITY,' BUT TOTALLY FORGOT DUE TO NATURE OF CABIN TROUBLE.
