Narrative:

Had an ATC (ZAB) controller on jump seat and passenger disturbance in first class cabin. Captain and so both involved heavily in cockpit-to-cabin communications. I had not eaten all morning and was finally getting to eat on climb out with autoplt on. Captain had to go back to help with passenger disturbance -- forgot to put on oxygen mask (as required by far) until through FL290. I knew to put it on when captain leaves for 'physiological necessity,' but totally forgot due to nature of cabin trouble.
