Aircraft had no propeller log when purchased, airworthiness directive 82-27-03 not addressed. Airworthiness directives 85-23-07, 95-18-12, not complied with, airworthiness directive 92-04-09 engine rocker arm shaft not addressed. A list of unairworthy items was given to owner and he flew away in this aircraft.

Title: ACFT HAD NO PROP LOG, VARIOUS AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE DISCREPANCIES, AND A LIST OF ITEMS THAT WOULD MAKE THE ACFT UNAIRWORTHY. THE RPTR GAVE THE ABOVE INFO TO THE NEW OWNER AND HE FLEW AWAY IN HIS NEWLY PURCHASED UNAIRWORTHY MOONEY MK20.
