Narrative:
During intercept of assigned radial, 046 degree radial mem to join middy 7 arrival, encountered dual failure of VOR information. Resulted in flight through assigned radial. Corrected mechanical problem and proceeded normally. No conflict with other traffic.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB. TEMPORARY DUAL HSI VOR FAILURE. LOSS OF THE VORS OCCURRED JUST AS FLC WAS PREPARING TO INTERCEPT A RADIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR CLRNC. FLC WAS ABLE TO CORRECT THE PROB AND PROCEEDED NORMALLY.
Narrative: DURING INTERCEPT OF ASSIGNED RADIAL, 046 DEG RADIAL MEM TO JOIN MIDDY 7 ARR, ENCOUNTERED DUAL FAILURE OF VOR INFO. RESULTED IN FLT THROUGH ASSIGNED RADIAL. CORRECTED MECHANICAL PROB AND PROCEEDED NORMALLY. NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER TFC.
