Narrative:
Location: ramp behind gate. A small light cessna taxied under our wing and parked behind our running engines. This was the most unsafe act I have seen in 15 yrs. Calls to ramp and ground produced no police. Dade county did finally show up and gave this aircraft a follow-me to its proper parking spot. If this had been a sabotage attempt instead of someone who did not know what he was doing the results could have been disastrous. If we had spooled up our engines to taxi I might have flipped the aircraft. I also assume this aircraft and its occupants had not been through any security chkpoint anytime. There needs to be some restr on light aircraft operating beyond spot.
