Narrative:
On a scheduled departure from mexico city to los angeles, WX clear and no factor. Clearance from mexico clearance delivery was: UJ12 gdl, UJ3 ppe, flight plan route, climb and maintain FL350 leona 1 departure, and squawk code. As we began our pushback, mexico city went into a runway change. Aircraft were now departing runway 23L&right as opposed to runway 5L&right. Clearance from ground was to taxi to runway 23L with the jusco 2 departure. Taxi out and takeoff uneventful. Shortly after contact with departure control was established and approximately 2.5 NM west of plaza NDB, we were asked 'what departure are you flying?' captain responded with our assigned SID, the jusco 2. We were then informed that we were 'off procedure, turn right to 350 degrees, maintain VMC to 14000 ft.' at 14000 ft we were given a heading of 250 degrees to join cleared airway. Mexico departure informed us at this time that we were supposed to be on the otomi 2 departure and to 'listen more carefully in the future.' remainder of departure was uneventful.
