Narrative:

Turbojet wbound at FL310. The other aircraft, a gulfstream, was nebound climbing to FL290. Controller issued an erroneous direction to the gulfstream which put him in conflict with the turbojet and issued a climb to FL310. The controller had meant to turn the gulfstream 20 degrees right which would give her lateral separation. Unfortunately, in error, she started left which put them in conflict.
