Narrative:
With 2 parallel runways at bjc, one is used for landing practice for non-jet aircraft. I was flying a skymaster in the pattern with a single engine aircraft. After takeoff, having no instructions from the tower, I turned inside the aircraft in front, passing him. He was very concerned. Later that day with another aircraft (outside) the same problem occurred, that is: a lot of anxiety and radio calls by the single engine trainer. Possibly better call-outs and control by the tower would help. My minimum speed is probably higher than their cruise speed so I must pass them in the pattern or fly 2-3 mi legs (there are some airspace problems with that). I am concerned the trainers will take some evasive action that endangers them or me. Since this is not the first time this situation has occurred, it seems that the tower could put twins on a 'regular' runway or set a standard pattern (like 2 mi legs) for twins.

Title: A C336 PLT RPTS ABOUT THE PROBS WITH AN ATCT LCL CTLR'S PROC OF MIXING FAST AND SLOW TFC IN THE PATTERN. THE RPTR CITES AN INCIDENT THAT OCCURRED WHEN HE TURNED INSIDE OF ANOTHER ACFT WHILE IN THE PATTERN BECAUSE OF ACFT PERFORMANCE DIFFERENCES.
Narrative: WITH 2 PARALLEL RWYS AT BJC, ONE IS USED FOR LNDG PRACTICE FOR NON-JET ACFT. I WAS FLYING A SKYMASTER IN THE PATTERN WITH A SINGLE ENG ACFT. AFTER TKOF, HAVING NO INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE TWR, I TURNED INSIDE THE ACFT IN FRONT, PASSING HIM. HE WAS VERY CONCERNED. LATER THAT DAY WITH ANOTHER ACFT (OUTSIDE) THE SAME PROB OCCURRED, THAT IS: A LOT OF ANXIETY AND RADIO CALLS BY THE SINGLE ENG TRAINER. POSSIBLY BETTER CALL-OUTS AND CTL BY THE TWR WOULD HELP. I AM CONCERNED THE TRAINERS WILL TAKE SOME EVASIVE ACTION THAT ENDANGERS THEM OR ME. SINCE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS SIT HAS OCCURRED, IT SEEMS THAT THE TWR COULD PUT TWINS ON A 'REGULAR' RWY OR SET A STANDARD PATTERN (LIKE 2 MI LEGS) FOR TWINS.
