Narrative:
I was on a VFR flight from boeing field, seattle, to friday harbor, wa. My son, a former pilot for a far part 121 carrier, was in the right seat. Approximately 10 mi south of friday harbor, I called on frequency 128.25, 'friday harbor unicom, bonanza xx, airport advisory please.' there was no response to this or a second call. The man who worked the unicom radio had closed up and gone home. I then announced, 'friday harbor traffic, bonanza xx 6 mi south and making a straight-in approach to runway 34.' this announcement was repeated 2 mi out and a third time on final approach. Apparently, there was a cessna 206 somewhere north of the airport also making an approach to the friday harbor airport and he did land on runway 16 after I landed on runway 34. On the ground he told me he heard my announcements. He was upset that he was required to make a 360 degree turn so as to space himself to land after me. At no time did I hear any announcement from the cessna. Small aircraft X is a F33A bonanza based at the friday harbor airport. I am a retired captain from a 121 carrier.

Title: BONANZA PLT LNDG AT NON TWR ARPT HAS COM WITH C206 PLT WHO LANDED OPPOSITE DIRECTION ON SAME RWY AFTER RPTR LNDG.
Narrative: I WAS ON A VFR FLT FROM BOEING FIELD, SEATTLE, TO FRIDAY HARBOR, WA. MY SON, A FORMER PLT FOR A FAR PART 121 CARRIER, WAS IN THE R SEAT. APPROX 10 MI S OF FRIDAY HARBOR, I CALLED ON FREQ 128.25, 'FRIDAY HARBOR UNICOM, BONANZA XX, ARPT ADVISORY PLEASE.' THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO THIS OR A SECOND CALL. THE MAN WHO WORKED THE UNICOM RADIO HAD CLOSED UP AND GONE HOME. I THEN ANNOUNCED, 'FRIDAY HARBOR TFC, BONANZA XX 6 MI S AND MAKING A STRAIGHT-IN APCH TO RWY 34.' THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WAS REPEATED 2 MI OUT AND A THIRD TIME ON FINAL APCH. APPARENTLY, THERE WAS A CESSNA 206 SOMEWHERE N OF THE ARPT ALSO MAKING AN APCH TO THE FRIDAY HARBOR ARPT AND HE DID LAND ON RWY 16 AFTER I LANDED ON RWY 34. ON THE GND HE TOLD ME HE HEARD MY ANNOUNCEMENTS. HE WAS UPSET THAT HE WAS REQUIRED TO MAKE A 360 DEG TURN SO AS TO SPACE HIMSELF TO LAND AFTER ME. AT NO TIME DID I HEAR ANY ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE CESSNA. SMA X IS A F33A BONANZA BASED AT THE FRIDAY HARBOR ARPT. I AM A RETIRED CAPT FROM A 121 CARRIER.
