Narrative:

After taking off runway 24 after landing, we crossed the other active runway 30, while an aircraft was on final. We continued across runway 30 without receiving a runway crossing clearance. The tower did not say anything to me about the runway incursion and did not ask for a report or phone call. We were instructed to continue to taxi to the ramp after this incident only. The pilot which was landing on runway 30 came up to us later on the ramp and told us the tower (ground) was calling us before we crossed runway 30. We did not hear the tower (ground) until after we crossed runway 30. I do not know why we did not hear the tower (ground) call our aircraft. When we parked on the ramp at the FBO, we checked our radios and they all functioned normally. I should have looked before crossing an active runway and should not have moved on the taxiway until radio contact was assured.

Title: PLT OF A PA32-300 TAXIED ACROSS AN ACTIVE RWY WITHOUT CLRNC WHILE ANOTHER ACFT WAS ON FINAL.

Narrative: AFTER TAKING OFF RWY 24 AFTER LNDG, WE CROSSED THE OTHER ACTIVE RWY 30, WHILE AN ACFT WAS ON FINAL. WE CONTINUED ACROSS RWY 30 WITHOUT RECEIVING A RWY XING CLRNC. THE TWR DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT THE RWY INCURSION AND DID NOT ASK FOR A RPT OR PHONE CALL. WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO CONTINUE TO TAXI TO THE RAMP AFTER THIS INCIDENT ONLY. THE PLT WHICH WAS LNDG ON RWY 30 CAME UP TO US LATER ON THE RAMP AND TOLD US THE TWR (GND) WAS CALLING US BEFORE WE CROSSED RWY 30. WE DID NOT HEAR THE TWR (GND) UNTIL AFTER WE CROSSED RWY 30. I DO NOT KNOW WHY WE DID NOT HEAR THE TWR (GND) CALL OUR ACFT. WHEN WE PARKED ON THE RAMP AT THE FBO, WE CHKED OUR RADIOS AND THEY ALL FUNCTIONED NORMALLY. I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED BEFORE XING AN ACTIVE RWY AND SHOULD NOT HAVE MOVED ON THE TXWY UNTIL RADIO CONTACT WAS ASSURED.
