Narrative:

Taxiway B and the adjacent driving lane are in too close of a proximity as to conduct safe operations. The driving lane is a non movement area and vehicles do not necessarily need to be in contact with ATC. This is unsafe! Rosewell airport routinely handles heavy aircraft, such as B747, B707, C5A, etc, and they utilize the B taxiway.
