Narrative:
While spraying a field on the first pass after looking the field over, I hit a pwrline at the departure end of the field. I allowed the aircraft to get too low into a confined area to climb out quickly enough to clear the wire. Contributing factors were another wire that angled along the field edge and diverted attention to the road where I was watching for car traffic. On taking the wire out the aircraft continued flying, I notified walla walla tower asking them to call my company to call power company. The fire department showed up a few mins later directing traffic around the down wire. To have avoided the situation I could have run my load down in a more open area and worked out this area when the aircraft was lighter.
